Arrival Time
Spa guests may arrive no sooner than 1 hour before their scheduled treatment time and can enjoy the facilities up until 1 hour after the conclusion of your spa treatment. For guests receiving hair, nail, express facial or express massage services, please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment time. For appointments scheduled when the spa opens for the day (i.e. 10am on Sunday, 9am on Monday-Thursday, 8am on Friday-Saturday), we invite you to enjoy the spa facilities up to 2 hours after the conclusion of your spa service. The spa opens 30 minutes prior to the first appointments scheduled for your arrival. The spa closes promptly at 5pm on Monday-Thursday, 8pm on Friday-Saturday and 4pm on Sunday for cleaning and sanitizing. If you have reserved the last hour of our business operating hours (i.e. 4pm on Monday-Thursday, 7pm on Friday-Saturday and 3pm on Sunday) then we invite you to enjoy the spa facilities before your service begins and arrive up to 2 hours before your service begins. Please ensure you contact the spa directly if you have questions concerning your arrival time.

Spa Access & Facilities
To access the Spa facilities, guest must reserve a 50 minute (or longer) massage or facial. For hair, nail and express services (massage/facials) appointments, facility access will be unavailable at this time.

Spa Age Requirement
The minimum age requirement to access the spa services and facilities is 16 years of age.

Relaxation Room/Cell Phone and Electronics Use Policy
In order to provide a relaxing and private experience for all spa guests, we ask that you refrain using mobile devices and/or electronic equipment in the spa relaxation room and common areas.
To maintain tranquility in our spa relaxation room and common areas, we ask that you speak in a low spa voice to prevent disturbing others. Our goal is to provide everyone with a relaxing and enjoyable spa experience. Thank you for being mindful of the spa setting.

Hotel Swimming Pool
The pool is exclusively available to registered hotel guests. Spa guests do not have access to the pool area.

Food and Beverages
Outside food and alcoholic beverages are not permitted in the spa. Complimentary pre-packaged snacks and non-alcoholic refreshments are available to spa guests. Alcoholic beverages are available for purchase to enjoy in the spa (present valid ID). Food is not available to be ordered or consumed in the spa areas. Meals are available by dining in our hotel restaurants, Swampers & 360 Grille.

Payment Methods
The spa is cashless and not able to accept cash as a method of payment. The spa accepts all major credit cards and room charges.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and changes to existing reservations must be made 24 hours in advance.

Please note: Your Spa appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Please arrive at the suggest time prior to the start of your service. Late arrivals will receive the remaining time available within the originally booked service time frame. Cancellations and changes to existing reservations must be made 24hours in advance. Any changes made within this time frame will be charged the full service price. The use of any electronic equipment is not permitted in the spa.
